What is the process to book delivery or pick-up my order?

When you purchase online, our customer service team will contact you for your product availability in 48 hours, you may set up the delivery time or pick-up time with our customer service team.

Can I cancel or return my order?

You are free to cancel your order within 48 hour of purchase. After 48 hours you can reselect your product anytime prior to possession without penalty or request a refund with a 10% administration fee.

mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged once the product is open. Once you have taken possession and you are not happy with your furniture purchase, you can return the product(with original package) with a 25% restocking fee. All furniture must be received in our distribution centre within 7 days of possession. Refunds are processes with the same method of payment (excluding cheque or cash where reimbursement will be via company cheque within 7-10 business days).

Once I place my order how will I get an order confirmation or receipt?

Upon completion and approval of your order you will receive via email, a confirmation of your order and the receipt of your payment.

Can I purchase from anywhere in Canada?

Yes, if you are in Canada, please feel free to order online

At this time, we only have two warehouse which are both located in GTA Ontario, for the customer nearby, we can do fast delivery.

Within 500 km, we always arrange delivery, please contact our customer service at for more details.
