Delivery

SLEEMON has client all over Ontario and provide delivery to most of cities of Ontario. If delivery is not available to your area, you can always schedule to pick up your furniture at our warehouse. Product price available on website doesn’t include delivery charge. Once you choose product, ready to checkout, our system provide delivery charge based on delivery address. We don’t make any profit on delivery charges. Note that once order, it might take us up to 2 weeks to ship based on item you order.

Please ensure that the route to the location in which the merchandise is to be placed is clear of furniture and other obstruction.

Our drivers cannot remove doors, door jambs, casings, moldings, railings or make any alterations to your home to deliver or fit any merchandise into your designated location. If you are replacing furniture, the old one(s) must be removed or dismantled .You are responsible for removal of old furniture.

Please measure your designated location and access doorways and hallways to ensure that your new furniture will fit into your designated location. Please note that a 25% restocking fee and actual shipping cost may apply if uncrated merchandise does not fit. In your home, our teams will wear booties to protect your floor. We’ll set up your new mattress and take away all the packing materials.  If you want us to throw the OLD mattress or donate your mattress to a local charity, we will charge $30. Please ask one of our sales associates for full details.

We are not responsible if delivery or removal of merchandise cause damage to your property.

There will be an additional re-delivery fee if you are not at the delivery location at the time of the scheduled delivery.

Pickup

We provide easy pickup from our  location. Please reach out to our customer support team for availability of item, pickup hours before you plan to pickup. Please bring your invoice, credit card used and Picture ID to pickup your furniture. Please be sure that the size of your vehicle will accommodate the size of the merchandise to be picked up. We are not responsible for loading and tie-down of merchandise or the safe transportation of merchandise to your home. Damage that occurs during transit is not covered under warranty nor can we accept returns on the merchandise should any damage occur during transit.

Merchandise that is picked-up may be in cartons and may require assembly. If  you want us to unpack cartons and assemble merchandise before you pick up, please contact our customer service and make full payment at least 2 business day ahead.

All items will be left in their original packaging. For free-standing homes product will not be brought into the home. Shipping will be made to driveway, front-door, porch, or garage. For apartments/condos, deliveries will be made to the lobby or a designated loading area, not to your unit.

  • Our drivers will call on route to your home.

  • Our drivers will ensure they can get the product into its final placement.
  • A Damage Waiver is required in the following situations:
    › If the delivery team has identified a higher risk for potential damage to either the product and/or your home due to a “tight fit” situation, and after discussion you are still requesting the delivery attempt.
  • Contactless delivery signature capture.
  • We do require a person with age of majority to accept the delivery.
  • Our drivers will take pictures of product in its final placement.
